PesaCore builds M-Pesa collection tools for Kenyan businesses: payment prompts, hosted checkout, payment links, invoices and a documented API, with settlement directly to the account the business nominates.
PesaCore is payment software. It starts an M-Pesa payment on behalf of a business, records the result, confirms it to the business through a signed webhook, and keeps a statement of what was collected and settled. The money itself settles to the till or bank account registered by that business.
PesaCore is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. It is not a deposit-taking institution, and no interest or return is offered on any balance. Settlement details are reviewed and approved before a business can collect, so payments cannot be redirected to an unverified account.
Kenyan businesses that take payments from customers: shops, service providers, schools, SACCOs, cyber cafés, online sellers, and developers who need M-Pesa inside their own product. It works with a website, an app, or nothing more than WhatsApp.
PesaCore runs on infrastructure that includes a licensed payments partner for the M-Pesa rail. Every collection is initiated through that partner and settles to the business's own registered account. Businesses see PesaCore: their own dashboard, their own webhook, their own settlement.
Support runs from Nairobi on Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 East Africa Time, and Saturday 9:00 to 14:00. Contact details are on the contact page.
